Chemical EQUILIBRIUM project:
Project description: for this project we worked on making a social media campaign that would get people to notice how these different things in the body work to make up what our bodies do and how they react to different things. we were supposed to basically create a media account that showed what we worked on a researched for the last few weeks.we also had to create a supporting document stating where we found the information that used in our campaign, mine is posted below. i did my media campaign on Lactic acid fermentation in the muscles and i chose to do an instagram account to show the work i did and gave a couple tips on how to improve the lactate threshold.
Reflection: i thought that this project was a pretty fun project, maybe not my favorite of the year but it was fun making an instagram account to show all that i did during the making of this project. i worked with my friend, nick on making a supporting document to show where we got the information because he did Lactic acid in the muscles as well. over all i think i did a great job at representing my project and giving tips to create and easier time for people while working out. When i go out for a bike ride and push my self to the limit of how fast i can get up the mountain, i take a break at about half way. It feels great to take that break, but as soon as i start up again my legs hurt really bad when i start pedaling. This is because Lactic acid gets released into my muscles when not enough oxygen gets to them while riding the first half. the lactic acid is good but also bad because it is not good to have it in your system but it basically pushes you over the limit you can actually work out for and this is what gets you stronger. over all i liked this project and if i were to do it again i would try to spend more time on it. there were some days that i didn't really do anything for this project and i think that is what hurt me the most instagram page= https://www.instagram.com/stem_dalton_lactic_acid/
